The Agricultural Marketing Service has issued a draft specification for the Federal Purchase Program Specification for Grilled Chicken Fillet, October 2017.
This draft proposes a new fully cooked, unbreaded chicken fillet made with whole muscle breast meat. We appreciate industry’s feedback on this draft, and have additional questions for the following sections:
