Industry Comment Request
The Agricultural Marketing Service has issued a draft specification for the Federal Purchase Program Specification for Canned Boned Chicken White Meat, September 2017.
The proposed changes are an optional packaging type for shelf stable chicken as well as slightly smaller minimum chunk size.
