State Government Organization (up to 10 members) $325.00 (USD), prorated to $54.17 (USD) Bundle (up to 10 members) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments A state/territory agency having a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Department of Agriculture to distribute foods through USDA Food Distribution Program or a state/territory agency administering other federal nutrition programs. There may be multiple member agencies from each state/territory. This bundle allows for up to 10 members employed by the same Organization.

Notice of Reasonable Estimate for Individual, Industry, Associate, and Allied Organization membership categories : In accordance with section 6033(e)(2)(A) of the Internal Revenue Code, as amended, members of the American Commodity Distribution Association are hereby notified that an estimated 22% of your dues will be allocated to lobbying and political activities and, therefore, is not deductible as a business expense. However, the remaining 78% of your dues payment may be deductible as an ordinary and necessary business expense for federal income tax purposes. Please consult your tax advisor for more information.
